We have a great new opportunity to join a dynamic school based in the Dublin 2 area.

Job Specification: Student Services Support


  • Reception duties – phone, email correspondence and in person
  • Liaising directly with customers (students, parents and teachers)
  • Deliver timely and accurate responses to customer queries and requests
  • Maintain accountability for accurate and timely assistance to their customers
  • Provide first contact resolution to Helpdesk incidents and requests
  • Various administrative tasks
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned by the Office Manager

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Confident and able to support and assist customers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new skills
  • Problem solving and issue resolution skills
  • Happy to take on duties and tasks as and when requested


  • Previous experience in a similar role is required (Educational sector)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong Administrative skills
  • Efficiency, attention to detail and willingness to adapt and learn
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to deal with customers and team members at all levels of the business
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook


  • Permanent, full time role
  • 35hrs per week (9am – 5pm, possibility of 8am-4pm)
  • This role is based in the Dublin 2 area, opportunity for hybrid working after an agreed period of time
  • Salary: €35k
