We have a great new opportunity to join a dynamic school based in the Dublin 2 area.
Job Specification: Student Services Support
Role:
- Reception duties – phone, email correspondence and in person
- Liaising directly with customers (students, parents and teachers)
- Deliver timely and accurate responses to customer queries and requests
- Maintain accountability for accurate and timely assistance to their customers
- Provide first contact resolution to Helpdesk incidents and requests
- Various administrative tasks
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by the Office Manager
Skills:
- Professional friendly manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Confident and able to support and assist customers
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn new skills
- Problem solving and issue resolution skills
- Happy to take on duties and tasks as and when requested
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is required (Educational sector)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong Administrative skills
- Efficiency, attention to detail and willingness to adapt and learn
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to deal with customers and team members at all levels of the business
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
Conditions:
- Permanent, full time role
- 35hrs per week (9am – 5pm, possibility of 8am-4pm)
- This role is based in the Dublin 2 area, opportunity for hybrid working after an agreed period of time
- Salary: €35k
