Job description

We are recruiting an experienced Bathroom / Tile Showroom Sales Executive to work with a top end Bathroom & Tile distribution company based in the Dublin 12 area. The suitable candidate will have previous experience working in this industry and this will be a great opportunity to work with top quality brands in a professional environment.

Duties will include:

• Meet/Greet customers coming into the Showroom, giving advise on products available and upselling
• Answering queries in relation to lead times of product availability
• Providing quotations on the in-house system
• Liaising internally with accounts and admin in relation to setting up new clients, checking pricing
• Liaising with the stores in relation to product and part availability
• Follow through with sales leads
• Working with larger clients in relation to quotations
• Working to targets

Requirements:

• Must be IT literate and be able to work (be trained up on ) with technical sheets on CAD / Microsoft Office
• Must have proven sales experience, industry experience would be beneficial
• Must have some general knowledge or interest in the product area and be able to up-skill in relation to product knowledge
• Good negotiation skills, drive to succeed is important
• This is a front facing customer service role
• Salary: €40-50k + commission
• Training will be provided on the products, previous sales experience is required and enthusiasm to work in a company who provide excellent customer service to their customers is also required. Previous experience working in a bathroom or tile showroom would be beneficial but not essential.
• Saturday work is required with this role.
