We are recruiting a Senior HR Administrator – Grade V to join a Hr Department of a hospital in the Dunlaoghaire area.
This is a 3 month contract initially. The role will start asap.
Summary:
To provide advice and guidance to Department Managers and administration support to the Human Resources Department in a professional, efficient and friendly manner.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Have a relevant third level qualification with significant H.R. content and C.I.P.D membership or be studying towards
- Hr experience in a hospital setting would be beneficial
- Have experience of work practices in the Irish Health Services
- Have the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
- Be able to deal with staff and management at all levels within the hospital
- Have excellent organisational and planning abilities.
Duties:
- Assist in providing professional support, advice and guidance to management in relation to all aspects of human resources
- Support the HR Manager in developing and maintaining best practice in Human Resource Management
- Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies, procedures and systems that support the needs of the hospital
- Maintain admin records and personnel files
- Assist with the recruitment, selection and pre employment processes
- General HR administration and related duties
- Assist with Nursing Hr related queries as required
- Undertake projects
- Salary based on Grade V €49702 , this role is for a 3mth period at this point.
Requirements:
- Min 4-5 years relevant HR experience, ideally public sector, from a medical environment
- Strong organisational skills
- Must be available to start within a few weeks
