Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an individual who has a passion for recruitment, who is keen to learn new skills and take this Job to the next level.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will liaise with medical professionals nationally and internationally, assisting with the life cycle recruitment.

Duties will involve :

  • Source and register qualified candidates, through various methods
  • Building relationships with potential candidates
  • Managing a database/recruitment management system efficiently- update system regularly
  • Managing incoming candidate leads
  • Assisting the sales team in resourcing , managing a pipeline and updating the system
  • Monitoring website registrations
  • Keeping track of compliance in relation to candidates registered
  • Undertaking additional duties when required
  • Attending meetings regularly

Person Specification:

  • 2 years previous recruitment experience is ideally required for this role or 2 years sales focused experience ideally in a healthcare setting
  • Ambition and drive to succeed
  • Excellent customer service and listening skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Previous recruitment experience would be beneficial but not necessary
  • Competitive salary and commission offered, c €32-32k basic salary plus great opportunity to earn high commissions.
