We are recruiting a Recruitment Co-Ordinator to join a leading International Recruitment firm based in the South East Dublin area.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team where you can grow and progress within your new role.
You will support a team and your work will contribute to the success of that team. A commission is paid monthly on the profit of the desk which could be an OTE of €10-12k in year 1. Basic salary is €30k. This is a hybrid role, working 3 days in the office while training is being undertaken (6-8 weeks), after that its 2 days in the office and 3 wfh. Office is closed on Mondays and Fridays.
JOB PURPOSE
The Resourcer/Admin Co-ordinator will provide support to the sales team, in the supply of recruitment services to a client and also in the daily administrative functions required to optimise successful candidate placement.
Duties include resourcing, identifying clinically qualified and compliant candidates, while also managing a recruitment management system/database and efficiently supporting the flow of incoming candidates.
In addition, they build relationships with candidates and clients alike.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment services for the placement of clinically qualified and compliant Doctors
- Build and maintain a proactive and professional relationship with all clients to ensure the recruitment process is delivered efficiently.
- Source, qualify and register new candidate’s in-line with market requirements.
- Continually manage and maximise the utilisation of an existing pool of compliant candidates
- Discuss suitable vacancies/bookings with candidates assessing their commitment to the client’s requirements including compliance and assignment duration.
- Assisting sales team in resourcing tasks & coding on recruitment management system, data processing and system amendments, system email templates, managing resourcing leads – creating a pipeline in to the sales team
- Monitoring website registrations and uploading/updating website vacancy adverts
- Monitoring all incoming leads from various platforms and monthly reporting
- Carry out various sales admin and system tasks/checks, in order to keep resourcing pipeline
- Co-ordinate targeted mailshots as part of a resourcing pipeline for per vacancies
- Escalate any non-compliance or issues with the candidate and/or client to the relevant sales team member
- Create, update and maintain all associated records in Eclipse (recruitment management system) so that all information is current and accurate in accordance with the company’s standard business process and user manuals.
- Assist in the meeting and exceeding of sales/revenue targets without compromising quality standards.
- Adhere to Global Medics standard business processes, policies and manuals/procedures.
- Undertaking project work and reasonable additional duties as requested by the management team.
- Attend weekly sales meetings with sales team
