We are recruiting a Receptionist for the Sandyford area. Dublin 18.
Duties:
- Answer calls in a professional manner.
- Schedule meeting rooms for appointments.
- Meet/Greet customers.
- Check in of goods.
- Manage meeting room areas, maintain stationery supplies.
- Managing some facilities for example maintenance schedules.
- Review and sign off of invoices.
- Managing fobs for employees and contractors.
Requirements:
- Min 2-3 years Reception & Administration experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be well presented with a high level of attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills.
- This is a 6mth contract role.
- Rate: €20-22ph.
- Hours are : 30-31.5 per week over 5 days.
