Job description

We are recruiting a Receptionist for the Sandyford area. Dublin 18.

Duties:

  • Answer calls in a professional manner.
  • Schedule meeting rooms for appointments.
  • Meet/Greet customers.
  • Check in of goods.
  • Manage meeting room areas, maintain stationery supplies.
  • Managing some facilities for example maintenance schedules.
  • Review and sign off of invoices.
  • Managing fobs for employees and contractors.

Requirements:

  • Min 2-3 years Reception & Administration experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be well presented with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • This is a 6mth contract role.
  • Rate: €20-22ph.
  • Hours are : 30-31.5 per week over 5 days.
