We are recruiting a Receptionist to work for a busy Showroom in the Dublin l12 area.
Duties:
- Answering calls from customers and dealing with queries or passing onto the relevant employee for follow up
- Meet customers face to face in the showroom, engage with the customers if they are waiting
- Scan important calls
- Administrative duties from the front desk, assist with customer orders, printing drawings, sending information out to customers, other ad hoc admin duties
- Taking payments if required
- Liaising with suppliers if required
Requirements:
- Suitable candidate must have a ‘can do’ attitude to engage with customers and internal staff
- Min 2 years previous front desk experience
- Good IT skills
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Good communication skills to liaise with customers but also with internal staff
- Salary: €32-36k
- Hours: 4 days over Monday – Friday (flexibility around day off). Saturdays: 10am- 4pm
