Our client, who offer professional business services are based in the Dublin 12.
Duties of this job will be varied and will include a mixture of Accounts & Administration.
- Working on inhouse accounts – invoicing, credit control (Xero)
- Payments/ allocating, balancing from client accounts
- Looking after client accounts – mostly payroll
- General administrative duties
- Hours per week- 30 – 4 days , open to 20-25 hours pw also
- Experience using Xero accounting package would be useful
- Office management duties to include supporting the Directors and ordering office supplies
- Min 3yrs stand alone bookkeeping experience is required to apply for this role and min 2 years administration experience
- Rate per hour €21
