We are hiring a full time Project Support Executive to work for a company who provide software as service online solutions to the regulated life sciences sector.

Location, Blackrock, Co Dublin.

An opportunity has arisen for an analytical and organised Project Support Executive with good knowledge and experience. The Project Support Executive is responsible for providing administrative, logistical and analytical support to the project teams, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. They assist in planning, monitoring and reporting on project progress, while also managing project related tasks and liaising with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and complete resolution to project queries via telephone, email and remote assistance.
  • Engage proactively with the project stakeholders and act as a reference point for queries and requests for information.
  • Provide remote training to global sites in the use of the companies system.
  • Achieve company SLA (service level agreement) and quality targets for response times and reporting.
  • Maintain detailed, thorough and up to date logs of all customer interactions including accurate reporting of issues encountered when performing the task.
  • Provide timely and accurate metrics on service delivery (including query and resolution trends) and act preemptively to prevent situations from reaching a critical stage.
  • Proactively identify and implement product or process enhancements to improve the service quality and efficiency of project support.
  • Strictly adhere to management approved procedures and policies while performing required tasks.
  • Provide logistics support as required.

Competencies:

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • Computer science or other relevant 3rd level qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience managing external customers in a project support capacity.
  • Fluent english with excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
  • Patience and positive attitude while resolving issues.
  • Analytical mindset with demonstrable troubleshooting and problem solving expertise.
  • Detailed and highly organised with the ability to multi task effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple urgent tasks.

Required skills:

  • Excellent communication skills. Good communication skills. Must be aware of who to communicate with, when and how often. Planning expectations at the beginning of a project about how often communications will happen.

  • Aiblity to be flexible and self motivated.
