Project & Marketing Executive

We are recruiting a Project & Marketing Executive for a Software company based in the Blackrock area, Co Dublin.

This job is on site, full time and paying €38-40k.

The company supplies software as a service online solution to the regulated life sciences sector.

An opportunity has now arisen for a Project & Marketing Executive to join the team.

The role involves supporting the current customer base and assisting in developing that base through a marketing effort.

The position is office based and is full time.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist Project Management Team in training and supporting clients.

* Play an important role in the marketing/business development function.

* Manage Digital Media activities

* Achieve company and quality targets for response times and reporting.

Competencies:

The successful candidate will be/have:

* 3rd Level qualification

* Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.

* Excellent Computer and administrative skills

* Detailed and highly organised with the ability to multi-task effectively under pressure

* A great team player, with an ability to very much work on own initiative

* An excellent communicator with fluent English and extremely good written and verbal communication skills and be commercially astute,

* Patience and a positive attitude whist resolving issues

* Self-motivated

* A creative approach to problem solving

* Digital Media Skills

Experience

* Experience in Life Sciences would be an advantage

* Experience in project management (Essential)

* Experience in digital media (Essential)

* At least 2-4 years’ experience in the relevant areas (Essential)
