We are recruiting a part time Sales Support Agent to work under the Office Manager of a company around the South East Dublin area (Blackrock region)- coast.

This role will be 20 hours per week covered over mornings.

Duties will be varied and will include the full cycle of the order management process from dealing with the client at booking stage to following up on delivery, taking briefs over the phone, gaining information on art work required for jobs, checking lead times, liaising with the supplier, following up on delivery until the client receives their order.

Day to day duties will include customer service, order entry, ordering from suppliers, dealing with delivery companies.

Taking responsibility for incoming deliveries, orders, liaising with clients. No accounts.

Requirements: Must be a self starter, able to work on own initiative. Previous experience working in a busy order entry role would be beneficial.

Rate c €17ph. 20hrs pw , 4 hours per day (flexible 9am-1pm or 9.30am-1.30pm Monday-Friday)
