Job description

We are recruiting a Part time Receptionist to work 3 days a week on site in a medium sized Accountancy Practice based in the Dublin 2 area.

Duties will be varied and will include:

  • Managing the front desk
  • Booking meeting rooms and scheduling appointments
  • Booking travel arrangements and taxi’s if required
  • AML money laundering- training will be provided
  • Other ad hoc admin duties at the desk

Requirements:

  • Must have strong communication and customer service skills
  • Previous Reception/Front desk and administrative experience
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and other software packages
  • Hours Tuesday-Thursday 8.30am-5.00pm, rate: €17-20ph
