This is a pt time role 5 mornings per week, 4hrs per day- 20hrs per week.
We are recruiting a senior sales/Administrator for a small distribution company based in the Blackrock area.
This is a small friendly team. We are seeking a candidate who will work well in a team environment but also independently.
This job is working on site.
Duties:
- Liaising with customers on the phone to take orders and deal with queries in relation to products, pricing and delivery.
- Liaising with suppliers to source products and discuss design and delivery times
- Order the goods from the manufacturers, follow through with lead times – full cycle of order , liaising with the customer in relation to delivery times
- Administrative duties
- Cover for the Manager when they are not available, duties such as sales, shipping and invoicing
Requirements:
- Ideally candidates will have some previous order processing or customer service experience from an office environment
- Strong administration skills would be beneficial
- Must be IT literate- Microsoft word and excel.
- Unfortunately parking is not provided with the job.
