We are recruiting a pt time Bookkeeper / Accounts Technician to join a growing team of a small construction company in the D14 area.

This job will be 20 years per week and paying €25ph. Min 4 – 5 years previous years bookkeeping experience is required, ideally from a construction related background.

Responsibilities:

  • Posting of all supplier and customer invoices
  • Balance debtors , creditors listing each month
  • Responsible for VAT returns and year end accounts preparation for Accountant
  • RCT monthly returns
  • Provide Accountant with monthly payroll information
  • Prepare supplier payments for authorisation
  • Monthly bank, visa reconciliation and analysis of accounts and variances
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and correspondence for internal or external review
  • Contribute to and or completed special projects as assigned
  • Profit & Loss, balance sheet preparation

Skills:

  • 3- 5 years working experience preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong communication skills, over the phone and via email
  • Accounting Technical qualification essential
  • IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft office and excel
  • Proficient with Accounts Software Quickbooks ideally
  • Experience of accounts up to TB stage required
  • Hours are 20hrs per week, job on site initially but could be hybrid after initial period
