We are recruiting an experienced Part time Bookkeeper to work for a growing membership organisation based in D2.

This role will involve working closely with the CEO.

Duties will involve:

  • Financial reporting to the CEO
  • Handle all aspects of membership subscription invoicing, receipting and addressing payment queries.
  • Manage all financial transactions, including payments (AP) and receipts (AR)
  • Support the Auditors in relation to preparing financial updates and annual budgets.
  • Manage payroll processing and related HR administrative duties , ie documentation and record keeping for staff.
  • Office Management duties- oversee all administrative tasks to ensure the office operates smoothly.
  • Coordinate building management and external service contracts.

Qualifications required:

  • IATI qualified or pt qualified ACCA/CIMA
  • Previous bookkeeping experience is required.
  • Familiar with bright books useful but not necessary.
  • Experience running a payroll
  • Rate: €25-30ph
  • Hours 20-21pw , 3 days (1 wfh)
