We are recruiting an experienced Part time Bookkeeper to work for a growing membership organisation based in D2.
This role will involve working closely with the CEO.
Duties will involve:
- Financial reporting to the CEO
- Handle all aspects of membership subscription invoicing, receipting and addressing payment queries.
- Manage all financial transactions, including payments (AP) and receipts (AR)
- Support the Auditors in relation to preparing financial updates and annual budgets.
- Manage payroll processing and related HR administrative duties , ie documentation and record keeping for staff.
- Office Management duties- oversee all administrative tasks to ensure the office operates smoothly.
- Coordinate building management and external service contracts.
Qualifications required:
- IATI qualified or pt qualified ACCA/CIMA
- Previous bookkeeping experience is required.
- Familiar with bright books useful but not necessary.
- Experience running a payroll
- Rate: €25-30ph
- Hours 20-21pw , 3 days (1 wfh)
