We are hiring an Office Manager to work with a small team in a brand management, event company based in the Dublin 24 area.
Ideally the suitable candidate will have a background working in a brand or event Agency.
Duties will be varied and will involve:
- Planning, managing workload of a small team
- Hr support with hiring, payroll, managing holidays, rotas, contracts and general staff queries
- Account Management support with events
- Typing quotes, cross checking quotes, managing orders, negotiating
- Planning meetings each week
- Liaising with drivers when events are running
- Making sure jobs are ready for invoicing
- Budgeting
Requirements:
- Min 4-5 years experience working in a similar environment
- Account Management / HR background
- Experience managing a small team
- Flexible with approach to work and some weekend work is required (time in lieu back)
- Managing staff
- This role is immediately available
- Salary: €45-55k, opportunities for progression and potential for profit sharing
