We are recruiting an Office/ Course Co-ordinator to join a small Training & Consultancy company based in the Dunlaoghaire area.
We require the suitable candidate to have strong IT skills and experience, to be able to run and support the digital chalk system for training courses.
Duties will be varied and will include:
- Taking bookings for training courses, setting up courses and managing technical issues on the day of the course.
- Managing correspondence, taking payments, dealing with queries in relation to timing/location with attendees and processing certs.
- General administration duties- sending out information on courses, answering any queries in relation.
- This job is full time office role.
Requirements: Min 3 – 5 years administrative experience. Good organisational and communication skills required. Good IT skills (Microsoft suite).
Ability to work with the learning management system, previous LMS experience would be beneficial, especially with digital chalk. Must be adaptable and able to work on own initiative, with a small team.
