Job description

Office Administrator working in the Print & Dispatch area. – 3 month contract initially which may be extended.

Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, on site

Hourly rate: €14ph

Role will start 10 days from confirmation of booking.

  • Sorting through documents thoroughly and making sure there is no errors before posting them to the members.
  • Proficient in Life400, Workflow and Microsoft suite.
  • Introductory level salesforce.
  • Managing and packaging bulk policy documents in a way that is streamlined.
  • Generating pins and passwords for security purposes.
  • Arranging returned post in to be documented on Life400.
  • Using Workflow to see daily workflow of documents being processed, engaging with other teams specifically on teams 2, 3, and 4 in order to ensure all documents are correct and get posted efficiently.
  • Engaging with print team daily, dividing tasks, having a good rapport with other teams..
