We are recruiting an Office Administrator for a busy hire company based in the Dublin 18 area. This role will be based in the warehouse area.
The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative in a fast paced environment, work well under pressure and possess strong organisational skills.
The job will be busy and varied, and requires good product knowledge to be required (training will be provided).
- Answering the phone and managing emails
- Assisting customers with queries on products, deliveries
- Importing queries onto the computer system to produce quotes/invoices
- Liaise with the warehouse in relation to deliveries
- Invoice and payment collections
- Updating all social media platforms- a knowledge of this is required
- Helping to maintain the company website
- Garda vetting will be required
- Hours 8.30am-5.30pm Monday-Friday
- Salary: €32-35k
- On site parking is provided
- Min 2 years experience working in an office, ideally in a similar sales support role
- Must be able to work in a small office environment
- Patience with customers when they are ordering
- Strong accuracy with order processing and quoting
- Strong customer service skills
- Good computer skills including some social media marketing
