Do you have an interest in working in a creative environment for an Interior Design Showroom?

We are recruiting an Office Administrator to work for this Showroom based in the Dun Laoghaire area.

To apply for this role, you will have a minimum of 2- 3 years previous Administration experience.
Accounts experience would be beneficial but not necessary.

Duties:

  • Manage phone calls, correspondence (emails, letters, customer enquiries etc) and meet and greet clients
  • Maintaining all filing systems
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales/Interior design staff
  • Process and track purchase orders proficient on genesis stock system
  • Assisting the Team with client paperwork
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Assisting with Sales quotations, assisting stock, following up with deliveries
  • Liaising with clients over the phone and back up to front
  • Back up accounts support depending on candidate

Requirements:

  • Min 2-3 years previous office/reception experience
  • Accounts experience would be useful
  • Hours Tuesday-Saturday 9.30am-6pm
  • Salary: €32k
