We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join a dynamic growing team based in Dublin 2.

We are offering a 6 month contract but with view to permanency for the right candidate. There are opportunities for progression for the suitable candidate.

Good Accuracy, strong administrative skills, personable, self starter, team player.

Duties:

  • You will be based at our Reception area, taking phone calls and also meet/ greet, which is by appointment mostly.
  • Managing all aspects of compliance for candidates.
  • Fully understand the compliance requirements for a client or framework provider and be able to clearly and confidently explain all requirements to a candidate.
  • Liaise with our internal support, uploading all relevant candidate documentation and assisting to make candidates compliant.
  • Maintain records in our recruitment software package.
  • Supporting Consultants with preparing cv profiles.
  • Social Media updates.
  • General administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

  • Min 2 years previous administrative experience/accounts background with proven attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Enjoys working in a task driven role.
  • Salary negotiable.
  • Must be task driven and meticilous with their work.
  • Hours 9am-5pm Monday – Friday, 30 minute lunch.
  • Rate: €16ph.
