We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing graduate with 1 years experinece to join a leading luxury hospitality group based in Dublin City Centre.
We are seeking a dynamic, creative and commercially minded Marketing Executive to support the continued growth and positioning of the hotel and its sister properties. Previous experience working in a marketing role within the hospitality or luxury brand sector would be an advantage.
The Role
Working closely with senior management, digital marketing, operational teams and external agency partners, the successful candidate will support the delivery of impactful marketing campaigns, premium brand communications and engaging collateral across hotel, food and beverage and events.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Communications
- Support the development and execution of brand campaigns across the hotel and sister properties.
- Ensure all marketing communications reflect the positioning and tone of each business.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints including print, digital, social, guest communications and in-house collateral.
- Coordinate photography, video shoots, creative assets and seasonal brand content.
- Support PR opportunities, media requests, partnerships and influencer collaborations.
Food & Beverage Marketing
- Support the marketing and promotion for each business/season
- Create and coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, menu updates and experiences.
- Develop engaging content to increase awareness, bookings and guest engagement across food and beverage outlets.
- Support partnerships, collaborations and activations to drive visibility and revenue.
Collateral & Content
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of branded collateral including brochures, menus, signage, presentations, advertisements and guest-facing materials.
- Assist in copywriting for campaigns, websites, social media, internal communications and promotional materials.
- Ensure all content is accurate, premium in tone and aligned with brand standards.
Commercial & Operational Support
- Support the wider commercial team in driving revenue, event enquiries and restaurant bookings and all KPIS.
- Ability to project manage task from start to completion.
- Continuously benchmark competitor activity and hospitality trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Digital Marketing
Working together with the digital marketing team/agencies:
- Assist with new website content/campaigns.
- Support social media planning, content creation, scheduling and community engagement.
- Support email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotional activity and database growth.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be up for a new challenge – energetic, creative, detail-oriented and passionate about luxury hospitality and guest experience.
Requirements:
- Ideally 1+ year experience in a marketing role, preferably within hospitality, luxury, retail, lifestyle, or premium brands.
- Qualification in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
- Fluent English written & verbal ability for copywriting and proofing content.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating campaigns, content and external suppliers/agencies.
- High attention to detail with strong creative judgement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing platforms and content management systems.
- Experienced with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
