We are recruiting a FUll Time Legal Secretary to work in a well established general practice based in the Dunlaoghaire area.

Specialising in Family Law, Conveyancing, Litigation, Wills and Personal Injury.


  • Front desk duties, managing clients coming into the Practice
  • Opening new client accounts, managing records and retrieve requested information.
  • Preparing and filing legal documents for the High Court and Circuit Family Court such as Wills, Affidavits, Briefs, Pleadings, Motions and Vouching.
  • Dictaphone Typing
  • Processing expenses, bills , logging all payments
  • Filing of documents and client information
  • Diary management and making appointments for the two senior Solicitors in a fast-paced legal office.
  • Gathering information required for cases such as medical records and medical reports.
  • Scanning, photocopying, faxing, replying to email enquiries.
  • Answering a high number of phone calls and engaging in active listening to understand client’s requests in a sensitive, professional and caring manner.
  • Communicating with outside Solicitors to relay critical information in order to schedule Hearings.


  • Min 2- 3 years previous Legal Secretarial experience
  • Client facing experience
  • Good dictaphone typing skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Hours: Monday-Friday (2 or 3 days – pt time).
  • Salary : €35-40k
