We are recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive to join a leading luxury brand who are based in Dublin City Centre.
We are seeking an ambitious, creative and commercially focused Digital Marketing Executive to support the continued growth, visibility, and performance of the Group and its individual brands.
Previous experience working in a marketing role related to hospitality, luxury, retail, lifestyle or premium brands is required.
The Role
Reporting to the Digital Marketing manager, the primary focus of the role will focus on creating and managing content the companies hospitality brands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising opportunities across owned, earned and paid channels working independently and liaising with agencies also. We are looking for a creative thinker who can seek out new and exciting ways to leverage audiences/activities, while ensuring each individual brand maintains its own distinct identity and positioning.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Performance
- Support and execute digital marketing strategies across the Group.
- Drive awareness, engagement, bookings, and revenue across hotel, restaurant, barand event channels.
- Maximise all digital touchpoints including websites, social media, email marketing, paid media, partnerships and third-party platforms.
- Deliver weekly reporting on agreed KPIs across all businesses.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and competitor activity.
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
- Capture and produce photography, video, reels, and short-form content aligned with luxury hospitality standardseither directly or with an agency.
- Write compelling copyfor websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements and guest communications.
- Coordinate seasonal campaigns, launches, partnerships, activations and promotional content.
- Ensure all content reflects the premium positioning, tone and personality of each individual brand.
Social Media & Community Management
- Manage day-to-day social media activityacross multiple brands and channels.
- Plan, schedule and optimiseengaging content calendars.
- Grow audience engagement, brand awareness and community interaction.
- Monitor social trends, competitor activity and identify innovative opportunities to elevate brand presence& optimize activity.
- Support influencer collaborations, partnerships and PR activations.
Agency & Campaign Management
- Liaise with paid searchagency to ensure campaigns delivered on agreed KPIs.
- Review campaign performance and ensure maximum return on investment.
- Brief and coordinate creative suppliers including photographers, videographers, designers and media partners.
Website, CRM & Email Marketing
- Assist with website content management, updates and campaign landing pages.
- Support database growth initiatives and audience segmentation.
- Coordinate and deliver email marketing campaigns.
- Work to grow customer engagement and retention across all brands.
Candidate Profile
Our ideal candidate will combine digital creativity with strong analytical thinking, bringing energy and fresh ideas to the role.
Requirements:
- 1year+ experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within luxury hospitality, premium lifestyle, food and beverage or travel sectors.
- Qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, content strategy and performance marketing.
- Proven ability to create premium visual and written content.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong project management ability.
- Experience using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
- Photography, videography, or editing skills would be highly advantageous.
- Experience in optimisingAI campaigns.
