We are recruiting a Customer Relations Manager for a bulk mail production service organisation based in the Dublin 18 area. Their core operations are to produce personalised letters, newsletters, invoices and statements, fold and insert them into envelopes and then prepare them for An Post to deliver.

We are seeking someone who has some experience working with the printing, that has checked artwork before it goes to print and has signed off on proofs.

Experience organising print on brochures, leaflets, booklets, letters, etc is required.

Suitable candidates must also be client focused and have worked as part of a marketing team who manage projects, in an advertising or marketing agency, it is important to understand what the client wants and then bring the job through to completion.

Good administration and oragnisational skills are required.

Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

Overview:

  • The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) role involves managing client projects, co-ordinating and ensuring their completion on time and within scope.
  • This position includes overseeing all aspects of projects, setting deadlines, briefing internal teams, monitoring progress and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage mailing projects from inception to completion. Independently manage specific tasks and aspects of jobs as directed.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and document any changes in job scope that may incur additional costs. Produce all necessary quality control documentation, adhering to the companies standard operating procedures.
  • Production Coordination: Assist in defining scope and objectives of projects, brief and involve all relevant internal teams and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, taking detailed briefs and clarifying project requirements. Respond to client queries quickly and with a solution driven approach.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct thorough debriefings at the conclusion of each mailing project to review key learnings and implement best practices moving forward.
  • Task Ownership: Demonstrate a willingness to assist with all aspects of the job, taking full responsibility for the project, being quick to respond and thorough in completing tasks.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Print Management Experience: While experience in print management or a mailing fulfilment/printing environment is advantageous, it is not essential. However, a keen interest in, or understanding of the printing process will be highly beneficial.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to tasks, particularly those that are repetitive, requiring close attention to detail.
  • Communication and Administration: Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Ability to identify complex problems, develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Integrity & Co-Operation: being honest and ethical. Being open to change and variety in the workplace. Displaying a pleasant and co-operative attitude with others.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

Working Conditions:

  • Full time position after successful completion of a 6 month probation period.
  • Primarily office-based with some flexibility on an occasional basis
  • Comprehensive induction and training programme over first month/6 weeks., with ongoing mentorship through inhouse buddy system.
