We are recruiting a Corporate Receptionist for an international Property & Facilities company.
You will work with a small facilities team, managing a state of the art building in the Dublin 18 area.
Core Responsibilities:
- Complete all reception tasks and oversee the catering activities including meeting room reservations in a timely manner
- Help visitors with check in
- Ensure Reception is clean and tidy
- Maintain meeting facilities, coordinate booking of meeting rooms, coordinating the supply of AV equipment
- Assist security with issuing access badges
- Sign in all visitors and issue access badges
- Meeting/greet clients/retrieve visitor passes
- Assist with event management and meeting venues set up an coordination as requested
- Respond to client needs and coordinate resources to resolve issues
- Input all job requests in Facilities Management system and ensure work orders are closed out daily
- Implementation of initiatives to ensure that best practice is achieved in every aspect of service delivery with particular focus on cost, quality, and client satisfaction
- Provide input at management meetings
- Support in emergency evacuation plans
- Working hours: 37.5 hrs per week which could be between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday running on 2 shifts. The company have 2 buildings in Sandyford, possibility of moving between the two.
Requirements:
- Min 2 years corporate reception or hospitality experience
- Extremely strong customer service skills
- Good analytical, problem solving skills
- Excellent command of the english language
- Ability to work to deadlines and strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Salary : €35k + benefits-pension, healthcare, 25 days holidays
