Job description

We are recruiting a Corporate Receptionist for an international Property & Facilities company.

You will work with a small facilities team, managing a state of the art building in the Dublin 18 area.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Complete all reception tasks and oversee the catering activities including meeting room reservations in a timely manner
  • Help visitors with check in
  • Ensure Reception is clean and tidy
  • Maintain meeting facilities, coordinate booking of meeting rooms, coordinating the supply of AV equipment
  • Assist security with issuing access badges
  • Sign in all visitors and issue access badges
  • Meeting/greet clients/retrieve visitor passes
  • Assist with event management and meeting venues set up an coordination as requested
  • Respond to client needs and coordinate resources to resolve issues
  • Input all job requests in Facilities Management system and ensure work orders are closed out daily
  • Implementation of initiatives to ensure that best practice is achieved in every aspect of service delivery with particular focus on cost, quality, and client satisfaction
  • Provide input at management meetings
  • Support in emergency evacuation plans
  • Working hours: 37.5 hrs per week which could be between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday running on 2 shifts. The company have 2 buildings in Sandyford, possibility of moving between the two.

Requirements:

  • Min 2 years corporate reception or hospitality experience
  • Extremely strong customer service skills
  • Good analytical, problem solving skills
  • Excellent command of the english language
  • Ability to work to deadlines and strong attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Salary : €35k + benefits-pension, healthcare, 25 days holidays
