AI, Automation and Digital Experience Specialist

We are hiring an AI, Automation and Digital Experience Specialist to join an expanding Training & Conference company based in the D18 area.

You will be someone who can implement AI and automation across the companies training, events and awards divisions.

The ideal candidate will build practical AI solutions, improve customer experience, automate internal processes, and have a keen eye for business to future proof operations.

Profile:

• Experience with AI Tools / APIs
• Experience with HTML or similar
• Be able to read code
• Experience integrating systems (CRMs, LMS platforms)
• Ability to structure and analyse attendee/customer data
• Experience of cloud platforms
• Commercial awareness and business thinking – be able to solve real business issues / deliver measurable outcomes.

Suitable candidates will ideally have a Computer Science degree , some training in AI tools and have worked with code – html or similar in the past
