We are recruiting an Administrator & Accounts Assistant for a small practice based in the Dublin 18 area.

This job can be full time 5 days per week or also pt time 25hrs pw. Hybrid working.

Duties will be varied between admin and accounts.

Duties:

  • General office management
  • Writing up contracts, using docusign
  • Raising invoices onto the system
  • Posting payments
  • Weekly reporting on same
  • Payroll for internal staff (10)
  • vat returns

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working on Xero would be beneficial
  • Accounts Technician trained ideal
  • Min 2 years accounts experience
  • Good administrative skills and experience
  • Training can be provided on payroll and vat
  • Competitive salary on offer for a suitable candidate, €22ph, c €29k for 25hr week, 10% performance related bonus
