We are recruiting an Administrator & Accounts Assistant for a small practice based in the Dublin 18 area.
This job can be full time 5 days per week or also pt time 25hrs pw. Hybrid working.
Duties will be varied between admin and accounts.
Duties:
- General office management
- Writing up contracts, using docusign
- Raising invoices onto the system
- Posting payments
- Weekly reporting on same
- Payroll for internal staff (10)
- vat returns
Requirements:
- Previous experience working on Xero would be beneficial
- Accounts Technician trained ideal
- Min 2 years accounts experience
- Good administrative skills and experience
- Training can be provided on payroll and vat
- Competitive salary on offer for a suitable candidate, €22ph, c €29k for 25hr week, 10% performance related bonus
