We are recruiting an Accounts Administrator to work for a Tax & Business Advisory services who have an office based in the D18 area.

Working in this smaller practice (10 people) your duties will be varied and will include a mixture of accounts and administrative tasks.

Duties:

  • Administrative duties such as preparing sales contracts, sending out engagement packs for new clients (using docusign) and setting up direct debits.
  • Accounts Receivable – Accounts tasks will involve raising invoices, managing cash collection, reconciliation of invoices on bank account and Xero system
  • Generating weekly reports
  • Managing cash collection on one off transactional invoices – set up of chaser system and email, phone follow ups with clients
  • Accounts Payable for external service providers
  • Payroll on Brightpay and managing expenses

Qualification & Experience:

  • Must have previous payroll experience.
  • At least 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with relevant tools such as Xero, , Microsoft office suite, Chaser would be beneficial
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills ( will be engaging directly with Clients)
  • Accounting qualification and advantage but not necessary, there is scope for the candidate to pursue a accounting and or tax qualification if they wish to grow their career in the future.
  • Salary c : €35-40k
  • Hybrid model, 37.5hr week, 9am-5.30pm with some flexibility around working hours.
