Job description

We are recruiting an Accounts Administrator to work on an initial 3mth contract basis for an Electrical Contractor based in the Dublin 12 area.
This role will be full time supporting the Accountant with duties such as:

  • Entering purchasing invoices onto Sage
  • Liaising with suppliers on the phone
  • Liaising with Subcontractors in relation to hours worked, timesheets
  • Calculating hours
  • General administrative support

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be available at short notice
  • Must have strong proven attention to detail
  • Previous experience using Sage an advantage
  • Min 2-3 years accounts admin experience
  • Rate: €18.20ph , c €35k
