Job description

We are looking for someone who has proven experience of superior customer service to their clients.

We are hiring an Account Manager to join a team of a company based in North Dublin.

Min 5 years Customer Service , Account Management experience is required.

Duties will be varied and will include liaising with customers over the phone and by email in relation to orders, queries, stock, deliveries and pricing.

You will liaise with suppliers, reps, internal staff and customers on a daily basis.

Required is 5 years previous Account Management, Customer Service experience and strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel. Proven experience with pricing.
