Role Summary
A great opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager with 3- 7 years previous experience to join this company who provide online solutions to the life sciences sector. Location is South East Dublin area- c Blackrock surrounding area.
We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead the delivery of the companies services across multiple clinical studies.
This role sits at the intersection of clinical operations, SaaS platform delivery, and global device logistics, and is critical to ensuring successful execution of client studies.
The Project Manager will act as the primary client interface, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of clinical studies, while coordinating internal teams across operations, technology, and QA.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role requiring strong ownership, problem-solving capability, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Study Lifecycle Management
· Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of clinical studies
· Ensure studies are delivered:
· On time
· Within scope
· In compliance with operational and quality requirements
· Maintain clear visibility of study status, risks, and timelines
2. Client Management & Communication
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
· Manage ongoing client interactions, including:
· Status updates
· Issue resolution
· Expectation management
· Proactively manage client “noise”, ensuring clarity, structure, and focus
3. Device Logistics Coordination
· Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure:
· Timely device shipments
· Inventory availability
· Calibration scheduling and compliance
· Manage device-related risks impacting study delivery
4. SaaS Platform Coordination
· Support client onboarding and configuration of the companies platform
· Coordinate with technical teams to:
· Resolve issues
· Implement updates
· Ensure platform stability for active studies
· Ensure accurate and timely data flow within the platform
5. Internal Cross-Functional Coordination
· Act as the central point of coordination across:
· Operations
· Technology
· QA / Compliance
· Ensure alignment of deliverables across all functions
· Drive accountability and execution internally
6. Risk & Issue Management
· Identify and proactively manage:
· Delivery risks
· Operational issues
· Client escalations
· Implement structured problem-solving approaches
· Ensure issues are resolved efficiently and permanently
7. Compliance & Documentation
· Maintain operational documentation to support:
· Internal governance
· Client requirements
· Audit readiness
· Ensure delivery aligns with defined processes and quality standards
Success Metrics
This role will be successful if the Project Manager:
· Delivers multiple studies on time and without major disruption
· Maintains high client satisfaction and confidence
· Reduces operational friction and reactive “firefighting”
· Ensures consistent and structured communication with clients
· Supports audit readiness with clear and accurate documentation
· Enables scaling of operations without loss of control
Candidate Profile
Essential Experience
· 3-7 years experience in:
· Project Management / Delivery roles
· Ideally within healthtech, medtech, SaaS, or clinical environments
· Proven ability to manage:
· Multiple concurrent projects
· Cross-functional teams
· Client-facing delivery
Highly Desirable
· Experience in:
· Data Management
· Clinical trials or healthcare delivery
· SaaS platform environments
· Familiarity with:
· Data-driven platforms
· Regulated or semi-regulated environments
Skills & Competencies
· Strong problem-solving capability
· High level of ownership and accountability
· Excellent client communication and stakeholder management
