Business Technology Specialist

Business Technology Specialist required for a Training & Conference company based in the Dublin 18 area.

We are hiring a commercially mindeTechnology Specialist to take the lead on our clients automation, CRM and commercial strategy.

This is a business focused role, to improve efficiency, customer experience, automation and digital tools across our training, events, and awards divisions.

You will play a key role in building scalable systems that reduce manual process and drive growth.

We are looking for a results-focused digital professional who understands how automation and data drive business growth.

You will need to have some experience in:

• CRM and automation experience (HubSpot preferred)

• Ability to map and design end-to-end automated processes

• Experience connecting systems (CRM, website, email, ecommerce, etc.)

• Digital campaign growth experience – Strong understanding of how marketing drives revenue, conversions, and customer engagement

• Data segmentation and customer lifecycle management

• Website management

• Ability to think in funnels, journeys, and ROI, not just tasks

• Experience improving conversion rates, lead quality, or engagement

• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

Salary negotiable, c €40-45k, full time hours. Previous IT skills are required and also some commercial experience. A qualification in Computer Science /Software development are preferred. Some knowledge of coding/html is required.
