Office Administrator required to work in the Print & Dispatch area. – 3 month contract initially.
We are recruiting a team member to assist with the streamlining of auto enrollment.
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, on site
Hourly rate: €16ph
- Sorting through documents thoroughly and making sure there is no errors before posting them to the members.
- Proficient in Life400, Workflow and Microsoft suite.
- Introductory level salesforce.
- Managing and packaging bulk policy documents in a way that is streamlined.
- Generating pins and passwords for security purposes.
- Arranging returned post in to be documented on Life400.
- Using Workflow to see daily workflow of documents being processed, engaging with other teams specifically on teams 2, 3, and 4 in order to ensure all documents are correct and get posted efficiently.
- Engaging with print team daily, dividing tasks, having a good rapport with other teams..
Requirements:
- Ideally you will have some previous office experience and good time management and accuracy skills.
- Must be available for a min of 3mths.
- On site in Blackrock
