Job description

We are seeking a Bookkeeper to work remotely for a short term contract. The company are an organisation that organise large international medical events.

This job is remote and can be full time or a pt time also an option.

Duties will involve:

  • Accounts Payable.
  • Credit Card reconciliations.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Online Banking.
  • Paypal transactions.
  • Posting invoices on Sage.
  • Queries in relation to payments.

Requirements:

  • Suitable candidates must have a good knowledge of Sage.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Min 3-5 years accounts experience.
  • Must be available at short notice.
