We are recruiting a Hr/ Office Manager to work for a Healthcare Agency. This role will work between their Dunlaoghaire office and min 1 day in the Sandyford office.

As this is a new role, there is flexibility for the successful candidate to make this job their own. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about the business, engaged with clients and has a creative drive to help the company to continue to attract and retain carers in a competitive market.

Duties:

2 days covering the desk of the Office Manager and 3 days working on wider projects across the two offices.

  • Manage the administrative routines of a small busy office to include being the first point of contact for Client and Carers, Healthcare Professionals and visitors.
  • Create and update carer recruitment advertising and screen carer job applications, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks and create new carer files on the IT system.
  • Liaise with other office to organise induction training for new Carers and complete the entire recruitment process including reference checking, garda vetting etc.
  • Manage communication, recording and submission of reports to third parties such as HSE monthly activity reports.
  • Oversee smooth running of the office, creating strong relationships with all contacts, advocating for Carers and ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
  • Manage office supplies, organise ordering of stationary and ad hoc general supplies and oversee management of general office filing, create client information packa, journals, carer welcome packs etc.
  • Contribute to team bi weekly planning meetings and actively support the care coordinators with scheduling challenges.
  • Offer additional ad hoc support to the Operations Manager as required.

Requirements:

  • Must have previous experience working in an Office Administration/Management role and be living in Dublin.
  • Applicants should have the ability to prioritise, work under their own initiative, be confident in dealing with people of all backgrounds and have excellent attention to detail.
  • Candidates must have strong IT skills and a previous background, experience in Recruitment or Hr (this would be useful).
  • Must have a genuine interest in the homecare industry and related experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills, a high level of interest in people and the ability to influence and persuade others, confidentiality is also important.
  • On offer is a salary of €38-40k. Hours : 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Parking is paid for.
