Job description

We are recruiting a Patient Services Administrator for a temporary assignment until end April 2025.

Based in a hospital in the Dunlaoghaire area, your duties will be as follows:

  • Booking patient appointments
  • Dealing with queries and phone calls
  • Liaising with the Multidisciplinary team
  • Produce activity reports on all systems within the Patient Services dept
  • Be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of data entered by staff
  • Maintain high standards of customer service dealign with sensitive issues
  • Recording patient information
  • Other ad hoc admin duties as required.
  • Salary c €35k pro rata. Hours: Monday-Friday , 8.30am-4.30pm, 35hrs

Requirements:

  • Relevant hospital and Patient Services experience or similar
  • Relevant ICT skills, PAS knowledge essential
  • good organisational skills
  • Adaptability and flexible approach to working
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Good computer, communication and interpersonal skills
